Refund Policy for Online Coaching Services

At Business Trendzz, we prioritize client satisfaction and aim to provide clarity with our refund policy. Kindly review the updated terms below:

1. Refund Eligibility:

  - Refunds are applicable during and before the end of the initial first week of coaching, during which the agreed coaching plan and requirements are discussed and outlined.

  - Clients are eligible to receive up to 75% of the amount paid for the coaching package during this initial week.

2. Refund Process:

  - To request a refund during the initial first week, clients must submit a written request within 7 days of the coaching start date. Requests must be sent to our email.

3. Exclusions:

  - After the initial week of coaching, clients proceeding to the next or subsequent weeks are not eligible for a refund of the package value.

4. Coaching Plan and Requirements:

  - The coaching plan and requirements will be clearly communicated during the initial first week. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification on any aspects of the coaching plan during this period.

5. Refund Amount:

  - Clients are eligible to receive up to 75% of the amount paid for the coaching package during the initial first week.

6. Processing Time:

  - Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the written request.

How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.

If you are unable to attend a booked session we will require 24 hours notice.

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
